Moving

They are moving us to the ICU. Jenson needs 1:1 care.

Mucositis (a pre-transplant chemo side effect) causes mouth sores and horrible strands of mucus. Jenson keeps choking on it, so they are having to suction it out every hour or more frequently.

He also ripped his GI tube out again. We now think he did that because he was choking with the tube/mucus combo. So we can't put the GI tube which brings relief for the gut issue in until the mucus situation gets a little better.

He is also having more trouble breathing due to his enlarged belly (similar to what happens to very pregnant women). If this keeps up, he will need assistance breathing soon.

Chemo does not feel like my friend right now at all...just trying to keep the big picture that the real enemy is the disease.
