Music Therapy

Being in the bone marrow unit is like night and day vs the last month in the hospital. They are excellent and even offer services like physical therapy, massage therapy, and music therapy to keep the kids strong.

Jenson gets a music therapy session today. Jenson likes it when the music therapist makes up songs about things he likes to eat like sticky rice, yogurt, and scooby snacks. He laughs hysterically. It is so nice to see him smiling.


Sydney is visiting, so she joins in on the fun too with shakers. Jenson is our little drummer boy. They are both laughing and full of joy. Our session ends with Jenson's tummy hurting, but we will cherish the joyful moment to carry us through until our big day Tuesday.
