The mystery of the grey hands and feet is still unsolved. Yesterday it looked like he sat too close to a camp fire and had ashes all over them. Today it is more like he played all day at the beach in the sand. It is bizarre!
Once again Jenson has things the doctors have never seen before.
He was definitely feeling better today, so they let us go home. It is hard to believe we may actually get to celebrate a major holiday at home (it has been over a year - sad but true).
Here is to celebrating Easter at home as a family!

Time to Remember

If on his day of eating heartily he had a lot of fresh vegetables and fruits (as I suggested), he could have been detoxing the following day - casting off poisons and heavy metals through the skin and also vomiting. He must have a lot of them to get rid of after all this. The process can cause mild fever, vomiting, diarrhea, strange rashes, and visible stuff on the skin. If that's what it is, then starting out more slowly with fruits and vegetables and having a balance of whole grains and protein foods with them should make the process go more slowly so he won't get so uncomfortable. And LOTS of water to help wash it out the kidneys.
