Chemo Monday

Yesterday was a hard day and not just because of all the emotions swirling around with typical chemo Monday.

The appointment was tougher than normal yesterday because we're there for at least 2-3 hours each time (not including drive time) and Jenson was over it yesterday after about 30 minutes. He did a lot more crying than normal. We're not sure if it's because he's growing up so is getting more aware of what's happening or just flat out had a day where he didn't want to be there (which who could blame him).

We also have to give him a bunch of different medicines at home, and he wanted no part of it last night. Poor little guy. Makes me realize how incredibily patient he is the majority of the time as he rarely fights it.

Hopefully the rest of this week brings better news on how he's tolerating the treatment...
