I know all mom's do this, but I have to rave about my adorable boy! He is the sweetest little thing. He loves to give his mommy kisses... in fact he'll be playing with something across the room and will all the sudden come over to me, give me a huge kiss on the cheek, and then go back to playing. This completely melts my heart everytime!
He's not yet walking (largely due to his big "prednisone belly" which the doctor told us affects balance), but he's getting close. Instead he has this adorable "monkey crawl" where he sits on his bottom with his feet together and scoots himself across the floor with his hands while dragging his legs behind. So cute!!!
He has 8 words (mama, dada, door, books, hi, Sydney, down, and Olivia).
He also loves to grunt or point when he wants something. The pointing is adorable... as we enter Trader Joe's he points at the balloons, he points when we're going to get his sister from school to direct us the right way, he points to show you how to go to get to his favorite yogurt in the grocery store. The grunting... let's just say we'd be more than happy to trade that in for more words.
His cutest thing though has to be his dancing. He sits on his bottom and bounces himself up and down across the room to his favorite song (which thanks to his sister is Taylor Swift "You belong with me"). You can't help but smile and laugh with joy when you see it!
